The types of losses we address include but not limited to fire, water, vehicle impact, mechanical failures, watermain failures, equipment breakdown, earth movements, vibration damages, construction defects, envelope failures, latent moisture damages, foundation damages, hail, wind, construction/contract disputes, COC, and surety.
Our team also had experience handling files on Catastrophe Events including Fort McMurray Floods, Hay River Floods and Jasper Wildfires.

We have worked on residential, luxury, multifamily, commercial, commercial high-rise buildings, as well as institutional (schools, universities, etc.) and critical infrastructure facilities (hospitals, long-term care centres, seniors housing, transportation buildings etc.).
We have also worked on specialty commercial facilities such as heritage buildings, golf courses, luxury car showrooms, and luxury hotels.
