On the Construction Consulting side, Baseline ForeCon provides various services, including but not limited to site surveys to document the extent of damage, identify and create the required scope of work to return the facility to its pre-loss configuration.
We also prepare execution plans with the highest efficiency to minimize duration and costs, identify and segregate required code upgrade scope, prepare reliable repair cost estimates for reserve purposes, and prepare bid solicitation documents.
Additional services include litigation support services, clerk of the works, claim costs analyses, payment assessments, critical path analysis for DSU claims, forensic schedule analysis, specialty claim costs analysis and segregation (e.g., resultant damages vs making good faulty workmanship, co-insurance analysis, etc.) and other services.
